My Story
Hi, I’m Elissa, and I’m so glad you’re here.
I created Let’s Be Nourished because I know what it’s like to feel utterly drained - mentally, physically, emotionally - and still try to show up for everyone else.
As a board-certified health & wellness coach (NBC-HWC), and mom myself, I work with women who are tired of putting themselves last and are ready to feel better in their bodies without the pressure of perfection.
My approach is gentle, personalized, and rooted in the belief that nourishment is about so much more than what’s on your plate
Yes, we’ll focus on increasing fiber and movement, incorporating more whole energizing foods, and we’ll aslo talk about what self-care really means in the middle of a busy life. Together we’ll explore what helps you feel calm, centered, and truly cared for. This is a safe, judgement-free space where you get to show up exactly as you are.
My role is to support and guide you as you reconnect with your body, trust your instincts, and create habits that feel good and sustainable.
You deserve to feel nourished - in every sense of the word. Because burnout isn’t a badge of honor, nourishment is. Let’s start there.

Health coaching focuses on goal-setting, behavior change, and lifestyle habits. It’s not a substitute for medical advice, therapy, or dietician services, but can compliment them.
