Hi, I’m Elissa, and I’m so glad you’re here.
I created Let’s Be Nourished because I know what it’s like to feel utterly drained - mentally, physically, emotionally - and still try to show up for everyone else.
At Let’s Be Nourished, I help exhausted moms reconnect with themselves through real self-care, nourishing fiber-rich foods, and simple, sustainable habits that actually feel good.
As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), I support women who are tired of running on empty and ready to feel more like themselves again.
My approach is gentle, personalized, and rooted in the belief that nourishment is about so much more than what’s on your plate
Whether you're overwhelmed, burnt out, or simply feeling disconnected from your own needs, I create a compassionate space where you can slow down, tune in, and take care of you. Through 1:1 coaching and group programs, we’ll work together to rebuild energy, restore balance, and make small shifts that lead to lasting change—without the pressure of perfection.
This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about coming home to yourself, one nourishing choice at a time.
