5/5/5 Gratitude Challenge

The 5/5/5 Gratitude Challenge was born out of my own journey, and the profound shift I experienced when I started a simple gratitude practice.

At the time, I was deep in the juggle of caregiving, working, and managing all the moving pieces of life. I felt stretched thin, overwhelmed, and honestly, not really enjoying the life I had worked so hard to create.

Then, I began a small but powerful daily practice - taking just five minutes a day to write down five things I was grateful for and why. It was simple, doable, and it changed everything. My mood lifted, my days felt lighter, and I started to notice beauty in the everyday moments I’d been rushing past.

Naturally, I wanted to share that feeling, and that’s how The 5/5/5 Gratitude Challenge came to life.

We run this challenge quarterly throughout the year, and it’s free to join. You can grab the PDF Gratitude Journal (linked [here]) if you don’t already have a favorite notebook - or find it on the Our Services page.

It’s a gentle reminder that gratitude doesn’t have to be big or complicated to be transformative. Sometimes, five minutes and a pen are all it takes to shift your whole perspective.

Make it stand out.

  • Dream it.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
