Hi, I’m Elissa! Board-Certified Health Coach (NBC-HWC), Culinary Nutritionist, and Yoga Teacher. Through Let’s Be Nourished, I guide women who feel depleted or stuck to move from where they are to where they long to be-vibrant, joyful, and deeply connected to themselves.
Drawing on the six pillars of health, my culinary skills, mindfulness & movement practices, & my own journey of healing from chronic autoimmune conditions, I offer a holistic approach that is both practical and heart-centered.
